Oregon Sportsbooks
Oregon has the most restrictive sportsbook market in the United States — only one online operator (DraftKings) and two tribal retail brands (BetMGM, Caesars). All three operate under separate regulatory frameworks: the Oregon Lottery for DraftKings and tribal gaming compacts for the retail venues.
DraftKings Sportsbook
The only legal online sportsbook in Oregon, operating under the Oregon Lottery monopoly since January 2022.
Retail OnlyBetMGM at Spirit Mountain
BetMGM-powered retail sportsbook — only available at Spirit Mountain Casino. No statewide BetMGM app in Oregon.
Retail OnlyCaesars at The Mill Casino
Caesars retail sportsbook launched at The Mill Casino in Coos Bay in 2025 through the Coquille Indian Tribe partnership.
How Oregon's Sportsbook Market Works
Oregon does not use the multi-operator licensing model that most US states adopted post-PASPA. Instead, the Oregon Lottery operates a single-operator monopoly online — currently held by DraftKings since January 2022 — while tribal casinos run their own retail sportsbooks under separate gaming compacts.
This means Oregon residents and visitors have access to fewer brands than neighboring Washington or California, but the state captures one of the highest effective tax rates in the country (~51% of gross sports betting proceeds).
