Tribal Sports Betting in Oregon

Tribal casinos in Oregon operate under Class III gaming compacts negotiated between each tribe and the State of Oregon. These compacts authorize sports betting on tribal trust land, but the bets must be placed in person — there is no statewide tribal mobile app.

The most prominent partnerships are BetMGM at Spirit Mountain and Caesars at The Mill Casino. Chinook Winds and Wildhorse operate self-branded sportsbook areas without a major brand partner.
